You may try to install the driver software in Windows 7 compatibility mode i.e. in XP mode or in Vista mode and check if it works.
Vibration Gamepad Driver Windows 10
To install in compatibility mode:
a. Right click on the setup file of the software, click Properties, click Compatibility tab, under compatibility mode, check mark “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” and select “Windows Vista (Service Pack 1)” or “Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down list. Click Apply and then click ok.
b. Under “Privilege level”, click “Run this program as an administrator”, click apply and then click ok.
c. Install the software successfully and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
d. Thereafter, check for the functionality of the gamepad.

It works with gamepads that identify themselves as VID=0x0079 and PID=0x0006. Mine looks like the one in this picture:
